Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Cut-List Calculator at cutlistcalculator.com (the "Site"), run by The Weekend Builder ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.
What the Site does
The Site is a calculator that helps you plan cuts from standard lumber, sheet goods, PVC, and steel. The on-screen cut map is free and needs no account. The printable PDF export is a one-time digital purchase, currently $1.99 USD (on sale from $4.99).
Estimates, not guarantees
Results are estimates based on the sizes, blade width, and prices you enter or select. Stock sizes and prices at your store may differ, and real cuts can be affected by defects, knots, squareness, and measuring error. Always check your measurements and plans before you buy or cut material. Nothing on the Site is professional, engineering, or structural advice.
Purchases
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Your purchase unlocks the PDF export in the same browser session; because there are no accounts, keep a copy of the PDF you save or print. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to bypass the payment step, interfere with the Site or its servers, or use it to break the law. We may limit or block access if you do.
Our content
The Site, its design, and its code belong to us. You may use the PDFs you generate for your own projects. You may not copy or resell the Site itself.
No warranty and limits on liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost or wasted materials, project costs, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase at issue.
Changes
We may update these terms or the Site from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.
