Refund Policy
The on-screen cut map is free, so you can check your results before you buy. The printable PDF export is a one-time digital purchase, currently $1.99 (on sale from $4.99).
When we'll refund you
Within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full if:
- you were charged but couldn't get your PDF,
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or
- the PDF doesn't match the cut map shown on screen when you paid.
If you paid by mistake, let us know within 30 days and we'll be glad to help.
What isn't covered
Refunds aren't available for the cost of lumber or other materials, or for cuts that don't come out as planned. Results are estimates; please double-check measurements before you buy or cut.
How to ask
